The Wilson Blade Pro GRUUV V1 Paddle is geared toward players seeking enough weight to drive harder shots while still maintaining a less head-heavy balance than many paddles in its weight class for above average maneuverability. Consider this one for more aggressive players, playing a higher level, quicker paced game.
The smaller head size of the Blade family of paddles allows for faster head speed through the swing, and while it requires a bit more accuracy meeting the ball, the tradeoff of a less head-heavy paddle makes it worth it for "slice and dice" fast handed players!
One thing we've noticed since pickleball blew up is that our fast handed pickleball friends, or those going back and forth between the sports, appreciate this type of maneuverability when playing platform tennis.
