We will be CLOSED FOR RETAIL AND SHIPPING 12/24 thru 1/1 with the exception of the following hours:
Wed. 12/28 thru Fri 12/30 OPEN 1 PM to 6 PM EST for retail, customer service and shipping.
We will process & ship as many orders as possible during these hours, but be aware that orders placed over the holidays will be delayed.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.  While they leave our facility quickly, there MAY be delays by UPS and the US Postal Service delaying transit time. Please understand that when this happens it is out of our control and while we can help track your package, we can not influence the transit time once it leaves our warehouse.


  • Orders with a product total of $99 or more SHIP FREE within the continental U.S. via Ground Shipping (some exceptions apply). 
  • Our daily shipping cutoff is 2 PM EST. Orders received after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
  • We ship via UPS or U.S. Priority Mail.  Orders under $99.00 have a flat rate shipping charge of $8.95.
  • We reserve the right to change the shipping method from UPS Ground to Priority Mail as needed to expedite delivery if we believe it to be a more expedited method or more secure for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping is available. The shipping menu during checkout shows rates for your specific order. We will NOT issue shipping credit if shippers do not deliver on time for any reason as we have no control over this.  The exception to this is 2 Day Guaranteed or Overnight Shipping, both of which are guaranteed by the shipping companies (with the exception of holiday times).
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by packages once left by delivery services at Customer’s shipping address.
  • Sales tax applies only if we deliver to an address within New York State. 


  • You can see applicable shipping rates / methods in your cart.
  • Shippers use their discretion whether to leave a package or not if you are not home.  We can not control this. Although they typically will leave the package, to be certain, you can leave a note on your door indicating that you want them to do so.
  • In the event that the Customer provides incorrect shipping information, the Customer is responsible for additional fees incurred to reroute product to reach its destination at the correct location. We are simply passing along the shipping penalties that we are charged by the Shippers.


  • We ship to Canada via U.S. Postal Service.  Simply select this option from the shipping menu when placing your order.
  • PAYMENT NOTE: PayPal Checkout works best for Canadian orders (can use any credit card and you do NOT need a PayPal account)
  • Slower and less expensive service may be available (Air Parcel Post, 10-16 Business Days). Call us for a shipping quote.
  • The Customer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes per Canadian regulations.
  • We cannot ship cases of tennis balls Canada


  • We ship to APO’s via U.S. Priority Mail (2-8  Business Days). Simply select this option from the shipping menu when placing your order.
  • We cannot ship cases of tennis balls to these locations 


  • We use U.S. Priority Mail (3-6  Business Days). Select the appropriate option from the shipping menu when placing your order.
  • We can not ship cases of Tennis Balls to these locations 


Local Customers can choose to pick up orders inside or outside our store. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by EMAIL. When you park in our lot, simply give a phone call to 585.385.9940 and let us know your name and order number and we will bring it out to you. Alternatively, you are welcome to come in and get it.
