The Wilson Ultra Paddle Mitt is designed to be worn on the hand you hold your paddle with, the grip of the paddle is inserted into a small opening in the top of this fleece paddle mitten so that you have full control of the grip in the palm of your hand. Great for those who don't like a leather glove to come between their hand and the grip. A stretchy, knit cuff keeps the wind out around your wrist, providing snugly warm protection for the hand.
What differentiates this mitt from the Viking Warmitt and the Tourna Hot Mitt is that it is NOT fleece on the outside but a shell type water-resistant windbreaker fabric that blocks wind. And yes, the inside is still a heavy layer of "polar-style" fleece for the ultimate coziness on the hand. We think this is a very smart design indeed!
