The Head SPEED TEAM L 2022 is the lightest in the Speed Series for 2022 and replaces the SPEED LITE of the past. This racquet provides players improving players a lightweight, maneuverable option to ensure adequate racquet head speed, even while learning to cover the court and improve their racquet preparation. The specs of this model make it super versatile for juniors moving up to an adult frame, or newer players seeking something very easy to swing.
While Graphene carries forward in the composition of this racquet, the addition of Auxetic is NEW! Auxetic constructions show a unique deformation compared to non-Auxetic constructions. Due to their internal properties, Auxetic constructions widen when a “pull” force is applied and contract when squeezed. The bigger the applied force, the bigger the Auxetic reaction. And with a new matte and gloss finish for 2022, this racquet looks as great as it plays!
