Gamma Professional (used to be called Live Wire Professional) is a highly responsive gut-like multi-filament string which gives exceptional playability.
The 16 provides more durability while the 17g provides more spin assistance.

Composition: Exclusive Live Wire multifilament construction with an advanced super high-energy irradiation process.

Note: as with many multifilament strings, this string wears by the filaments snapping and creating a "fuzzy" appearance. For topspin hitters, this can happen early on, getting fuzzier over time as the filaments continue to snap until just a very thin core remains. This is simply the nature of the string and is also the reason the string plays so well and feels so good. However, if you are bothered by this type of wear, we recommend a solid core string.
