It carries forward the Grit Guard (GG) to reduce the chance of abrasions to the hand from contact in the area above the handle. This oversize head, easy-swinging paddle is appreciated by players seeking accuracy and comfort with an easy-to-find sweet spot.
Its low density core absorbs shock at impact, giving a softer feel to the arm. Light weight (the lightest of the Re-Ignite family), with a low swing weight (meaning, more head-light / handle heavy) when compared to the other Re-Ignites in the line.
