The Master Athletics S2 OVAL V4 features an all new shape with an open throat design that can accomodate the included, weighted insert AND a longer handle catering to two-handed players.
A new option for beginner through intermediate players who seek a comfort, control and spin and want a longer handle for two handed play. This paddle absorbs some of the ball's energy to let you guide it more accurately for enhanced shot making precision. Light and manuverable, it swings with ease as you learn skill mastery from anywhere on the court!
A 91 square inch head size is also fairly unique, and we call it a midplus, which bridges the gap between an oversized and a mid.
Last, but certainly not least are the various ways of customizing this paddle to make it your own. A 12 gram rubber throat insert ships free with the paddle. Leave it in for more weight and stability, or remove it for increased maneuverability.

The EDGE Tuning Kit (sold separately), allows the option of applying either weighted or dampening strips to a depressed ridge on the "Edge" of the paddle, giving you ultimate flexibility to customize your game. This allows you to make your paddle heavier and more stable, or more dampened, to reduce vibrations and provide a smoother feel.
