We are shipping same day for orders received before 2PM EST Monday thru Friday. While orders leave our facility quickly, there MAY be delays by UPS and the US Postal Service significantly delaying transit time. Please understand that when this happens it is out of our control and while we can help track your package, we can not influence the transit time once it leaves our warehouse.
CURBSIDE PICKUP: When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by EMAIL. When you park in our lot, simply give a phone call to 585.385.9940 and let us know your name and order number and we will bring it out to you or you may stop in to pick up at our checkout counter.
