The Xenon Vector Pro SPIN MAX V2 is the next generation of the Vector Pro Spin Max first introduced in fall of 2023. "Spin Max V2" refers to Xenon's patent pending, larger elliptical holes designed to enhance ball spin potential and carbon fiber layer beneath the paddle's face for optimum feel at contact.
You'll notice there are very few holes (just 41) of a very long and large, elliptical shape. As a player, when deciding between the Vector Pro, or the Pro Spin Max, consider whether you want more/smaller holes, to provide stability and spin, even on off-center and flatter hits, or fewer/larger holes for added spin if you more often return balls by brushing across the paddle face. Keep in mind that both models provide plenty of spin for the average player, who hit with a combo platter of flat shots and spin shots. If spin isn't part of your game, then you can go ahead and stick with the Vector Pro or Vortex Pro.
As its predecessors, this model features an oversized head for easy connection with the ball and is considered a solid "middleweight" at 13 ounces, with an even-balance. An even balanced paddle gives stability through the swing and solid feel at ball contact with an average amount of effort to maneuver.
The medium density core featured in all current Xenon paddles is designed to deliver a combination of both power and control.
