Warranty Policy

Manufacturer's Warranty is only for defects in the material and / or workmanship of goods. An abused or mis-used (intentional or unintentional)  racquet IS NOT COVERED by the manufacturer's warranty.

COURT SHOES

  • Some Manufacturers offer a six month outsole warranty on certain models of their court shoes.  Warranty varies by manufacturer each season.  Please contact us if you have a question regarding a specific model.

TENNIS RACQUETS

  • All new frames carry a 1-year limited manufacturers warranty.  An abused OR mis-used (intentional or unintentional)  racquet IS NOT COVERED by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • If your racquet has broken due to a manufacturer's defect, AND you have a receipt showing that it was purchased from Bell Racquet Sports within one year from the current date, then it may be considered for warranty submission. The process now varies by Manufacturer so contacting us first is the easiest way to get started.
  • For Wilson Tennis Racquets, you may handle your claim directly at wilson.com.  For more information, click here.
  • If your racquet is replaced it will be sent to us UNSTRUNG.  Should you want your racquet strung before sending to you, we will do so, however you will be charged for this service.  You are also responsible for shipping charges related to the return of your warranty replacement.
  • Here's how it works: 1) Call to advise us of the issue 2) Some Manufacturers now allow you to deal directly with them. If not, with our go ahead, ship the racquet back to us with a copy of your receipt and a check for $15.00 payable to Bell Racquet Sports (this covers the shipping of the item to the manufacturer and from us back to you.)  Please keep your racquet cover. 3) Within 4-6 weeks we will receive either a new replacement racquet or in the event that the problem has not been attributed to manufacturers defect, we will receive your original racquet back.  In either case we will ship the item back to you with your shipping pre-paid.NOTE: Unless prior arrangements have been made with us, the new replacement racquet will be sent to you unstrung.NOTE: All replacement racquets carry only the remainder of the original warranty!  Unfortunately, we can not issue credit for a warranty replacement.

RACQUETBALL RACQUETS

  • Warranty varies by manufacturer and the process can take anywhere from two to four weeks.
  • If your HEAD racquet has broken due to a manufacturer's defect AND you have a receipt showing that it was purchased within six months from the current date, then you can submit it to HEAD for warranty consideration.  Due to the nature of the sport, racquetball and squash racquets are covered for six months from date of purchase.  There is no warranty on replaceable parts such as grips, grommets, strings, etc.
    To return a product for warranty, please email customer service askus@us.head.com or 1-800-289-7366 option 3 to obtain a return address and return authorization number. You must cover shipping charges for all returns.
  • If your WILSON racquet has broken due to a manufacturer's defect AND you have a receipt showing that it was purchased  within SIX MONTHS from the current date, then you can submit an on line claim for warranty consideration at  http://www.wilson.com/en-us/help/warranty/form.  For more information, click here.
  • If your GEARBOX racquet has broken due to a manufacturer's defect AND you have a receipt showing it was purchased within one year from the current date, you can deal directly with Gearbox for warranty submission.    Call Gearbox at 1-877-443-2726 or email returns@gearboxsports.com.    Please note, you must be the original purchaser to file a warranty claim. Gearbox manufacturer warranties do not transfer and become void if you purchase a used product.
  • If your E-FORCE racquet has broken due to a manufacturer's defect AND you have a receipt showing that it was purchased  within one year from the current date, then you can return the racquet and copy of the receipt directly to E-Force.  Call ahead for an RA# to 1-800-433-6723.  Ship to: E-Force, Attn: Warranty Dept., 2080 Las Palmas Dr. - Ste. 102, Carlsbad, CA 92011
  • If your racquet is replaced through us it will be sent to us with the factory grip and string (no upgrades).  Should you want your racquet regripped and/or restrung before sending to you, let us know.  We will do so, however you WILL be charged for this service at our normal service rate.  You are also responsible for shipping charges related to the return of your warranty replacement.
  • If you would like to handle the warranty claim through us: 1) Call to advise us of the issue 2) With our go ahead, ship the racquet back to us with a copy of your receipt and a check for $15.00 payable to Bell Racquet Sports (this covers the shipping of the item to the manufacturer and from us back to you.)  Please keep your racquet cover. 3) Within 4-6 weeks we will receive either a new replacement racquet or in the event that the problem has not been attributed to manufacturers defect, we will receive your original racquet back.  In either case we will ship the item back to you with your shipping pre-paid. PLATFORM / PADDLE TENNIS PADDLES, SQUASH & BADMINTON RACQUETS

  • Wilson Paddles, Squash & Badminton racquets carry a one year limited warranty. If your WILSON racquet or paddle has broken due to a manufacturer's defect AND you have a receipt showing that it was purchased within one year from the current date, then you can complete the warranty claim form for Wilson at http://www.wilson.com/en-us/help/warranty/form.  For additional information, click here.
  • Viking Paddles carry a one year (from date of purchase) manufacturer's warranty. If you know your paddle was purchased within one year from us, you may begin the process of warranty consideration by emailing sales@bellracquetsports.com with your information, photos and description of the defect. We can advise you on next steps from there.
  • Other Brands:  Warranty varies by manufacturer. Please call us at 1-800-724-9439 to discuss.

PICKLEBALL PADDLES

  • Selkirk:  One year warranty against manufacturer defect (from purchase date).  Customer deals with Selkirk directly by calling 1-800-759-4326.  Selkirk Sport LLC, 11862 Reed Rd., Hayden ID 83835.
  • Gearbox: One year warranty against manufacturer defect (from purchase date).  Customer deals with Gearbox directly by calling Gearbox at 1-877-443-2726.
  • Gamma: One year warranty against manufacturer defect (from purchase date). Limitations apply. You can access Gamma's on line warranty process and all warranty details here.
  • Other Brands:  Warranty varies by manufacturer. Please call us at 1-800-724-9439 to discuss.
