Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Sales Tax is charged only when shipping to addresses within NY State.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFFS:

We determine cutoffs by your geographic shipping location. While we can control when orders leave our warehouse, we can not control what the shippers face on the road and in the air. No guarantees and no shipping refunds.

For arrival by December 24th, refer to the table for final cutoff dates.

  SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES 

  • Orders with a product total of $99 or more SHIP FREE within the continental U.S. via Ground Shipping (some exceptions apply). 
  • Our daily shipping cutoff is 2 PM EST. Orders received after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
  • We ship via UPS or U.S. Mail.  Orders under $99.00 have a flat rate shipping charge of $8.95 and a delivery time of 2-7 business days from date of order (East Coast 2-3 days, Mid 3-4 days, Southwest and West 4-7 days)
  • We reserve the right to change the shipping method from UPS Ground to US Mail as needed to expedite delivery if we believe it to be a faster or more reliable method.
  • Expedited Shipping is available. The shipping menu during checkout shows rates for your specific order. We will NOT issue shipping credit if shippers do not deliver on time for any reason as we have no control over this.  
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by packages once left by delivery services at your shipping address.
  • Sales tax applies only if we deliver to an address within New York State. 

TIPS WHEN SELECTING A SHIPPING METHOD

  • You can see applicable shipping rates / methods in your cart.
  • In the event that the Customer provides incorrect shipping information, the Customer is responsible for additional fees incurred to reroute product to reach its destination at the correct location. We are simply passing along the shipping penalties that we are charged by our Shippers.

 SHIPPING TO CANADA

  • We ship to Canada via U.S. Postal Service.  Simply select this option from the shipping menu when placing your order.
  • PAYMENT NOTE: Our second payment option (Credit Cards; NOT Authorize.net works best for Canadian orders). PayPal also works well for orders with Canada billing addresses.
  • The Customer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes per Canadian regulations.
  • We cannot ship cases of balls Canada

SHIPPING TO AN APO / MILITARY ADDRESS

  • We ship to APO’s via U.S. Mail (2-8  Business Days). Simply select this option from the shipping menu when placing your order.
  • We cannot ship cases of tennis balls to these locations 

SHIPPING TO HAWAII / ALASKA / U.S. TERRITORIES 

  • We use U.S. Mail (3-6  Business Days). Select the appropriate option from the shipping menu when placing your order.
  • We can not ship cases of Tennis Balls to these locations 

PICKUP ORDERS

Local Customers can choose to pick up your order at your convenience. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by EMAIL.
